We are here because of Jesus.

Our story is simple: Jesus has called us to reach the lower valley for Him. To love people, make disciples, and see them healed, empowered & serving.

30 years ago God called our founding pastors, Frank & Mary East, to start church in their living room. Since then, countless lives have been impacted by the love of Jesus. Today we are a church with a simple mission: Love people, make disciples & see them healed, empowered and serving Jesus. The church is much greater than a Sunday morning. We see our gatherings as launching places for God's people to be equipped & sent out into their spheres of influence, to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever they go.

Our Pastors

Pastor Levi & Emily East

The lower valley is home for Pastor Levi, who grew up for most of his life in Toppenish & Zillah. After a radical encounter with God while living in San Diego, Levi & his wife Emily answered the call of God to return to Toppenish. Their passion is to see God move in & through the local church. Pastor Levi has been leading Hope as senior pastor since 2015.

Founding Pastors

Pastor Frank (1949-2020) & Mary East

30 years ago, the Lord called Frank (1949-2020) and Mary East to Toppenish &  the Yakama Nation Reservation. Pastor Frank was a mighty pillar in this community & has left a lasting legacy that has inspired all of us.
Pastor Mary has a passion for the homeless & forgotten. She leads our Hands4Hope ministry with love & grace. God has used her to build a bridge between the local church & the homeless of our valley.
